It's our aim to operate reliable and punctual CityRail services and our target is for at least 99.5 per cent of timetabled services to run during peak periods, with less than 0.5% cancelled.

This measure excludes Newcastle/Hunter and from August 2004, the Southern Highlands Line which are outside the Sydney Business Centre.
