Customer Excellence AwardsThe Customer Excellence Awards are designed to recognise employees who consistently deliver high quality customer service; show initiative in providing exceptional assistance, particularly in periods of high demand, disruption, or major delay; and who demonstrate overall excellence at work.

Awards are given in four employee categories: frontline station staff, train crew, transit officers, cleaning and presentation services staff.

Nominations can be made by customers via this website and are reviewed by a panel of senior managers on a monthly basis.

Golden Mic Awards

Golden Mic AwardsThe Golden Mic Awards are for frontline staff who respond to customers' needs by providing high quality and timely announcements at stations and on trains.

Awards are given in three employee categories: frontline station staff, train crewing and control centre staff.

Nominations can be made by customers via this website and are reviewed by a panel of senior managers on a monthly basis.
