How will my feedback be dealt with?

Each piece of feedback that we receive is registered and allocated to a Customer Relations Case Manager. It is their role to review your feedback and source information to provide you with a response.

We aim to respond to feedback within five working days for email and phone calls and 15 working days for written correspondence.

There will be occasions when your feedback cannot be resolved through our Customer Relations Unit. If you feel that your concerns have not been addressed, you may refer the matter to the NSW Ombudsman for review.

Further information about our approach to managing feedback can be found on our Customer Feedback Statement.
