For full time TAFE College students under 18 years at 1 January (of year of enrolment) who live 3.2km or more walking distance from the enrolled TAFE College and who discontinue school studies early to complete their education at a TAFE College.

New South Wales Student Identification Card (Form 204)
For full time NSW/ACT students attending University, TAFE or Private
College who are 16 years and over and school students 19 years and over.
Must be enrolled for a minimum of 9 weeks; attending day classes; but
not engaged in business or employment; not a full-fee paying overseas
student; not an external study student; and not in receipt of remuneration
excluding Austudy, allowances, etc.
- TAFE and private college students must attend face-to-face day classes
for no less than 20 hours a week.
- Disabled students who fulfil all other criteria but who are unable to
take a full course load due to their disability are also eligible.
* Student rate of fare on CityRail single, return, seven day RailPass,
weekly TravelPass and FlexiPass periodical tickets.
* Concession Station Access Fee or Gate Pass at AirportLink stations
* Student is NOT entitled to purchase any fare designated as a child fare. |

Indentured Apprentice / Trainee NSW Transport Concession Card
Apprentices/Trainees registered with the Department of Education and
Training under the Australian Indentured Apprentice/Traineeship System
Scheme.

* Half fare on CityRail seven day RailPass, weekly TravelPass and FlexiPass

For permanent residents of NSW over 60 who are not substantially employed
(defined as working 20 hours a week or less).

* Pensioner concession fare on CityRail single, return, seven day RailPass,
weekly TravelPass and FlexiPass periodical tickets.

Seniors Card (Other States)
Interstate card holders are not entitled to any concessions on CityRail
