Train services are operating from the new western platform and concourse at Chatswood Station. Pedestrian access to trains will only be via the new station entrance, located at the corner of Railway St and Victoria Ave.

This access is temporary while work continues on excavation of the eastern side of the station.

Changes will also include relocating the bus stop servicing routes 255, 258 and 261 to the nearby Victoria Ave. You will find signs at the station to point you in the right direction.

A temporary pedestrian bridge linking the eastern and western sides of the station and worksite will remain in place during the remainder of construction, but this will not provide access to the new platform.

When work is completed you will have:

• access to the new station by stairs and escalators;
• lift access from street level to concourse level;
• lift access from concourse level to the platform; and
• ticketing facilities on the new station concourse.
