We recognise our customers expect trains to run on-time. As such, we have started an initiative to provide 24-hour on-time running information on this website from the new financial year (2007/2008).

Historically, only peak period on-time running data was published. This new "around the clock" data is a further measure to allow us to account publicly for our performance.

The new information covers approximately 2550 revenue passenger services each weekday and around 1660 services on Saturdays and Sundays.

The figures will be published monthly in addition to existing weekly, monthly and annual peak on-time running figures.
