The observance is part of Her Majesty The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh's visit to Sydney which also includes a ceremonial welcome at the Sydney Opera House earlier in the day.
Normal CityRail services will operate, however, road closures will be in place and some bus services will be diverted inside the CBD. CityRail stations will accept Sydney Buses tickets for train travel around the CBD between 9.00am and 3.00pm.
Town Hall Station toilets will be closed between 10.30am and 2.00pm.
For further event information, including details of road closures and other public transport arrangements visit the Transport Infoline website for more details about the visit.
