Newcastle customers using trains, buses and ferries can choose between a Green TravelPass and a MyMulti3 ticket.
Green TravelPass gives you unlimited travel on:
- CityRail services in the area bounded by Newcastle, Telarah, Awaba and Toronto
- Newcastle Buses services
- Stockton ferry.

Child and concession fares
Concession weekly TravelPasses are available to children aged 4 to 15 years (inclusive), students and pensioners. Concession fares are not available for quarterly and yearly TravelPasses. Children aged 3 and under travel free. Find out more about concession fares.
Where to buy
Newcastle TravelPass is available from station ticket offices, and selected 7-Eleven stores, newsagencies and convenience stores in the Hunter region.
Restrictions
Newcastle TravelPass is not valid for travel on CountryLink services, special event services or private buses.

Living or working outside the TravelPass area? Heading to Sydney on the weekend? Need to use private buses? A MyMulti3 ticket gives you unlimited train, bus and ferry travel throughout the Greater Sydney region - for just $9 a week extra.

Caring for your ticket
If the magnetic stripe on your ticket is erased or damaged the ticket becomes void. Only faulty tickets, not damaged ones, will be replaced.
