Blue Mountains
Known for its many cafes and restaurants, bushwalking delights, scene stealing landscapes and unbelievable panoramic views, this World Heritage-listed region offers something for everyone.

Cabramatta
Sydney's best kept gourmet secret, Cabramatta is a bustling market place of all the exotic fruits, vegetables, meat and special ingredients needed for more than a dozen South East Asian cuisines. Available from the numerous soup stands, food stalls, restaurants, and specialty stores.

Cronulla
South Cronulla is one of the most visited beaches in Sydney. Not only is it safe for swimming and close to shops and cafes, it's the only Sydney beach you can reach entirely by train. You can catch a connecting bus to Kurnell and walk on the historic place where Captain James Cook first landed in 1788.

Sydney Olympic Park
Sydney Olympic Park hosted the 'best Olympic Games ever', and the dedication of CityRail staff was a major contributor to this success. Enjoy the Aquatic Centre, State Sports Centre and the many recreational activities available.

Parramatta
The original market gardens for European settlement, Parramatta holds a special place in Sydney's history. Historic buildings blend comfortably with the city environment of Parramatta, Elizabeth Farm and Government House.

Penrith
Experience high-energy rafting at Penrith Whitewater Stadium. The venue became famous when it hosted the 2000 Olympic Games canoe/kayak slalom events. While you're at Penrith, visit the Muru Mittigar Aboriginal Cultural Centre, an initiative of the Western Sydney Aboriginal Community.

Royal National Park
Sydney's Royal National Park was the first gazetted national park in the world. Its lush habitats range from heath to rainforest, to open woodland and estuarine systems.
- To get there take the Eastern Suburbs & Illawarra Line to Loftus, Engadine, Heathcote or Waterfall stations. (On Sundays and public holidays, a tram travels between Loftus Station and the park).
